This is an excellent rear wheel trainer with a 5 speed freewheel.....you can upgrade to whatever the highest freewheel cog count available..7? This trainer feels great.....known for it's awesome road feel......Old trainer, excellent condition made by Mechano-Physics......replaces the entire rear wheel. $100 shipped ( heavy)
