I have an old Litespeed Vortex gathering dust and want to convert. I'm looking to put a flip flop on for maximum flexibility. The bike has vertical drops an a gap between the rear stays of 130mm. Any suggestions on hub and crank set to get a good chain line would be much appreciated.

When I converted mine, I carefully bent the frame. It tracks straight and I can ride with no hands.

White Industries ENO hub is designed to be used with frames which have vertical dropouts -- it is available for three different dropout spacings (126mm, 130mm, 135mm) ...
The axle ends can be changed if you decide you want to use the hub for a frame with different spacing in the future ... hopefully the hub was optimized for 130mm spaced frames & the axle ends for the 126mm & 135mm spaced frames was a why-not after-thought.
Mounting the chainring on either the inside or outside shoulder of the crank gives you some wiggle room with regard to the chainline.
