  1. Does anybody make pieces to extend the dropped section of standard road
bars? I bought a used bar, and discovered that by the time I angled the
tops to where I like them, the drops were too far forward for comfort.

So I'm looking for something which would go into the ends of the bars
(like barcon shifters do), and would give me an inch or two more bar
    length down there.

I know a guy who has a machine shop, who could probably weld lengths of
tubing onto the end, but would prefer something a bit less potentially
    destructive...

    Any suggestions appreciated!
