Need info on a adapter to add disc brakes to a cantilever only MTB frame? Heard of something called brake solution, anybody heard of them???????? Any websight relating or experience would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Hope used to make an adaptor. It cost about £30-35. Not sure if they still stock it or not but it was available last year. According to the review i saw it worked pretty well. try official hope stockists
