    Wonder will rim drive trainers wear off the rims and at what rate?

    Which would be a better buy? A normal wheel drive or rim drive?

  2. Personally, I think rim drive trainer is the way to go, unless you have a spare rear wheel that you can throw on for using a regular trainer. That way you could whack a Conti Gatorskin (or something heavy duty) on the trainer wheel, and not have to worry about wearing your good tires.
