Latley I have been having problems with my right leg (I am right handed). Even after I have been warmed up it seams that my right leg just does not want to go. It has been getting pretty numb I have to loosen my right shoe to the point where my foot is almost sliping out to help some. I have had these shoes for several months (Shimano SPD) and have been the most comfortable cycling shoes ive tried. I wear Nike cycling socks they seam to be a little too tight but I have tried just some regular socks and get the same result. This dosent happen every ride and just recently started. I have been eating healthy and taking protein drinks after every ride. Any thoughts as to why just my right leg is getting numb? Thanks in advance.

You're probably not sitting on the seat correctly, and this might be putting pressure on your sciatic nerve, which runs through the buttocks.
