First, I offer my my condolences because you folks in the Antipodes--Aussies and NZedlandians--get homered on bike and bike kit prices. If I were you I'd look to see first if there is a distributor in NZed or Australia. I know you said there are no dealers in Australia, but perhaps there's a distributor for that part of the world that can help. Contacting Ridley directly might also be of use. If you have no success with those efforts, I'd look toward the UK. There are a fair number of UK online dealers with stonking prices that likely can ship to your part of the world. At all cost avoid anything from advertisers in Malaysia, Indonesia, and a few other places in that region. That part of the world has become ground zero for all manner of scammers. They advertise amazing prices on new kit. They'll gladly take your money and not ship a thing. As always, if something sounds to good to be true, it likely is. Have you tried a Ridley Noah/Fast? Why the interest in that bike? I only ask because there are a number of excellent bike manufacturers in your part of the world: EMC, Baum, and Malvern Star, just to name a few.
