I'll be riding to Bendigo on the Saturday of the Bendigo madison, and riding back again on the Monday. ~30km/h on the flats, slow up the hills 🙂 Stupid-fast down them. I intend to ride from Vermont via Greensburough, cut across the far Northern suburbs, cross the Hume at Wallan and then tootle up the Northern Hwy. Returning the same way. Although I'm thinking of going via Kinglake & Broadford as a more scenic alternative ... haven't decided yet.
It's about 160km or so each way, from memory. I rode ity last year solo and it was a good ride. Anyone want to come with me? It won't be a flog-fest. I intend to cruise 🙂
