  1. I am not sure if it is worth it but I was thinking of mring the breakaway to Tokyo. While most of my week is full of meetings, I did give myself Saturday and Sunday free to do with as I please. I usually go to the Gold's Gym in Shinagawa which has erg machines that you can set manually.

    Once someone in the gym reads the Japanese and make it manual mode for me...[img]cyclingforums.comsmile.gif[/img] but are there any good local rides I can do in the morning in that area or for a day trip?

    Also anyone have an idea if you can take the bike on the trains? Never seen one on a train...

    I am your typical American so that means one language and lots of pointing to get stuff. So if you can lead me to maps in english I could probably find my way...
