There are lots. What type of ride did you have in mind, and in what
area? Minnesota is a big state!

In the Twin Cities area, try Googling for "Twin Cities Bicycle Club"
and "Hiawatha Bicycle Club," both of which have several riders per
week at a variety of speed levels. In the Rochester area, the
"Rochester Active Sports Club" has numerous rides.

If you're looking for larger/longer event rides, there are the
"Minnesota AYH Ironman," the "Saint Paul Classic," the "Tour of the
Saits," the Kolacky Days ride in Montgomery, and several others.

Check the Minnesota Cycling Federation (www.mcf.net) Web site for
information about road bike racing in the area. Many of the clubs
    have open training rides.

    There is also a brevet series (200k, 300k, 400k, 600k and 1000k) in
Minnesota, the first four starting in the Twin Cities
area. Information on those is available at my club's site:

    http://www.lanternerouge.org/brevets.html

Information on the 1000k is available at the RASC (Rochester) site.

    http://www.mikebentley.com/bike/mwrides.htm
is a general list for advertised rides going on in the
    midwest.

Best bet, though, is to check out a local bike club.

  4. Hi
If you're looking in southeast Minnesota near Rochester check Rochester
Active Sports Club's web site http://rasc-mn.org/ . We have rides every
Monday and Wednesday evenings starting in April with longer rides most
weekends. We also have a ladies only ride on Thursday evenings. Right now we
are working on the new schedule so there is not a lot on the page, check
    back in March.

There is also a more racer type group (VeloRochester) with rides Tuesday and
    Wednesday evenings and weekend mornings.

In the Minneapolis St Paul area look at the Twin City Bicycling Club
http://www.mtn.org/tcbc/index.html for rides pretty much every day. For
weekend century type rides look at their MN Bicycle Links page for a pretty
good list of rides in the area.
