Very good classes and proved to be very beneficial for crit racing
My brother and I went to the ergo classes for about 6 months and it made a difference (I stopped due to the arrival of twins) There is a lot to learn from these classes as well as being a great fitness builder.I am wondering if anyone out there has dealt with Rob Crowe's Rider Wiser programs?
