LBS (Santa Cruz Spokesman) just got Ride #22 in stock. I saw advertised on CN a couple months back that it was out. Good stuff, but why so long before hitting shelves in the US? Does anyone subscribe to it and get it much faster?
It's an Aussie quarterly cycling magazine and this is dated Spring 2003 (Sticker over barcode says Oct,Nov,Dec) Decent mag, but it would be nice to get it more timely.

I make my living as a magazine editor. We have some overseas subscribers, and I tell you first-class postage will kill ya. Considering that most magazines make most of their money off their advertising, US mags have little to earn from shipping magazines to another country (so we license our content to different publishers in different countries). I'd guess it's the same with Ride, so I'd guess they ship it by cheap means and that makes delivery slow.
