Have just come back to cycling and would like to go out with a group in or leaving from Richmond Park. Can anyone recommend times and meeting places - ideally fairly early ~8.00am?

I believe Bike Park organise a ride Saturday mornings meeting at Roehampton Gate at 8am - best check their website to confirm though.

I'm looking to do some time in the Park as well but I couldn't find the "bike park" site that you talk about -you couldn't post the URL could you please?
Perhaps we could organise something here?

Try http://www.bikepark.co.uk/rides.htm - they ride at 9am for c. 1 hour as well as other rides they list.
