I recently found that shiatsu helps my legs and I'd like to know if anyone else has tried this and found it useful or not.
I'd also like to know if there is anyone who is willing to try this for themselves and then let me know if it works for them or not. If even one person is interested, I'll post the directions (and the book I got it from), though you could get the points from any shiatsu, acupressure, or acupunture book.
Mind you, this hasn't been a cure; but when my legs are driving me nuts at night, I can press these points (it takes about 5 minutes), then my legs are OK and I can go to sleep. Sometimes my legs are OK all night, and sometimes it lasts for a few hours; but hey, at least I have some control! Dori
This is usually a food allergy or a chemical allergy. Try a sodium nitrite free diet for a few weeks. Find a butcher that doesn't use sodium nitrite in their bacon, weiners, cold meats, or any other meat product.
Warning: without sodium nitrite your meats will only last 1-2 weeks in the fridge.
