Most of my cycling apparel gets thrown out when it is worn but I do have a significant amout of basic stuff that has piled up over the years with broken zippers and a few shorts that are virtually new but have a chamois that makes them not worth using.
If I knew of a repair shop that does good zipper and chamois work, it might be worth it to me to mail my stuff there with instructions on each item. I have long wished for a few full zip jerseys that have an extra wind blocking layer across the front. There are other not-too-complicated mods I would like to try.

It's so easy to win more jerseys than I could ever wear that I don't worry about repairing them.
