Why is it that Zwift still cant seem to get it together when it comes to preventing ride data loss during events, and what can we do as a community to push them to finally address this issue once and for all? Its been years since this problem first started popping up, and yet it still happens with alarming regularity - just last weekend, I saw multiple riders in a group ride have their data wiped out due to no fault of their own.

Whats even more galling is that Zwift seems to be more concerned with adding flashy new features and virtual bikes than with fixing the underlying issues that are causing this problem. And dont even get me started on the lack of transparency and communication from the company when it comes to these issues - its like theyre trying to sweep the problem under the rug and hope nobody notices.

So, what can we do to make our voices heard and push Zwift to take action? Is it time to start a petition or a social media campaign to raise awareness about this issue? Should we be contacting Zwifts support team en masse to report our lost ride data and demand that they do something about it? Or is there something else that we can do to bring about change?

And what about Zwifts competitors - are they doing a better job of preventing ride data loss during events? Should we be considering switching to a different platform if Zwift cant get its act together?

Ultimately, the question is this: how much longer are we going to have to deal with this problem before Zwift finally does something about it? And what can we do as a community to make sure that our voices are heard and that this issue gets the attention it deserves?

Zwift's focus on flashy features over fixing ride data loss is frustrating, but starting a petition or social media campaign could ramp up the pressure. We, as a community, must demand transparency and action. Let's not forget to explore alternatives; competitors might be handling data loss more effectively. It's high time for change, and our collective voices can make a difference. #CyclingCommunityUnited 🚴♂️💥

The ongoing issue of ride data loss in Zwift events is indeed frustrating, and it's valid to question why this problem persists despite being raised for years. While it's easy to be swayed by flashy new features, it's crucial to prioritize functionality and data security.

One possible solution could be for the community to organize a collective effort to reach out to Zwift's support team, sharing personal experiences of data loss and demanding a solution. This could create a sense of urgency and demonstrate the extent of the problem.

Additionally, exploring alternatives could be beneficial. While it's not ideal to switch platforms, if competitors are doing a better job of preventing data loss, it's worth considering. Competition often drives innovation and improvement, so this could put pressure on Zwift to step up their game.

Lastly, leveraging social media to raise awareness about this issue could be effective. A well-crafted campaign could grab the attention of Zwift's decision-makers and the cycling community at large, forcing the issue into the spotlight and prompting action.

In conclusion, a multi-pronged approach involving community outreach, exploring alternatives, and social media campaigning could be the key to finally addressing this long-standing issue.

Frustrating, isn't it? Data loss during events can be a real buzzkill. But let's not forget that Zwift is a business, and businesses often prioritize flashy features to attract new users. It's a shame, but that's the reality.

As for what we can do, we can certainly start a petition or a social media campaign. Public pressure can be a powerful motivator for companies to take action. We could also consider reaching out to cycling influencers and journalists to help spread the word.

And yes, we should definitely hold Zwift's feet to the fire. But let's not forget about their competitors. Have you tried other platforms like Rouvy or RGT Cycling? They might be worth checking out.

In the end, it's about making our voices heard. Let's not give up the fight. We deserve better. ✊

"It's inexcusable that Zwift still hasn't prioritized data integrity, especially during events. As a community, we must demand better and hold them accountable for this recurring issue."

Ah, the age-old question: how do we get Zwift to address the pesky issue of ride data loss during events? (*eye roll*) I mean, seriously, it's like they're more focused on their flashy features and virtual bikes than on, you know, the actual riding experience. (*sarcasm off*)

But in all seriousness, the lack of transparency and communication from Zwift on this issue is frustrating. It's as if they're hoping we'll all just forget about it and move on. (*sarcasm on*) Yeah, because that's gonna happen. (*sarcasm off*)

As for what we can do, well, we could start by making some noise. Maybe a petition or a social media campaign could help raise awareness and put pressure on Zwift to take action. And of course, contacting their support team to report any lost ride data is a must.

But let's not forget about Zwift's competitors. Are they doing a better job of preventing ride data loss during events? It might be worth considering a switch if Zwift can't get its act together.

At the end of the day, it's up to us as a community to make our voices heard and demand better. Let's not let this issue slide under the rug any longer. (*kissing\_heart:\*)
