    Hi everyone, I'm new to the group so I hope I'm doing this the right way. I'm looking for a crockpot
    recipe for Chicken Parmigiana, but making the sauce with the chicken. All the recipes I've found say
    to "pour over" pizza sauce or bottled sauce. I'm looking to make the sauce from scratch the same
    time you cook the chicken, if this is possible. The last one I tried was a mess..the breading on the
    chicken soaked up all the sauce. Thanks, Jane

    using coconut flower

    Hi all,

    I just purchased a coconut flower from my local market (mostly because it felt and smelled
    attractive. A weakness, I know). I find myself having NO idea how to use it and I've googled as many
    combinations of words I can think of and nothing's coming up except how to harvest the sap from
    coconut stalks. I do not believe this is an option since my flower has obviously, already been
    harvested.

    Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

    -Jay
