Making Bacon in the Oven Homemade Corn Chips Chinese Brown Sauce White Chocolate and Macadamia
Nut Cookie

I tried baking some bacon this weekend at the reccommendation of many, and it turned out great
except for the fact that it took like 3 times longer than the recommended 12 minutes that most
people gave. I cooked the bacon on a wire rack over a enameled broiler pan in an oven set to 400,
but started it without a preheat (as per Alton Brown's technique). The bacon was great after
about 30 min in the oven. Should I just preheat the oven? Use a regular aluminum baking sheet?
Any other tips?

I am on a quest to find a corn chip recipe. I hope someone has found one, and would be willing to
share it with me. I am on this quest to find a recipe, since I had a corn chip maker when I was a
child, and it was one of my fond memories I would like to relive, and share with my children. It was
a press that squeezed out the corn mixture into chips. It may have even had an oven to it I think.
Anyway, they tasted just like Frito corn chips as I remember. Thanks. Laura [email hidden]

Nut Cookie
Could you please help me find a Macadamia Nut Cookie recipe. It has chunks of white chocolate in
them. It's my favorite. Thank you very much.
