I'm looking for a recipe that includes a pork joint, chorizo sausage and butter beans. I remember
seeing a casserole using these ingredients on TV. I think it's a spanish dish coming under the title
of 'peasant food'. Hoping to warm up an English winter!

I'm looking for a recipe to make hard candy that can be adopted to include alcohol (whiskey, rum,
etc.). There are plenty of recipes for whiskey balls and rum balls, but not for alcoholic hard
candies. If I look at hard candy recipes, most comment on the need to use an oil-based extract,
since the alcohol will burn off.
Does anyone have any suggestions (or recipies) that use alcohol?

I am looking for a recipe for oatmeal with nuts, currants and other grains besides oats. We atayed
at a bed and breakfast recently, and they had the most delicious oatmeal which was served from a
crockpot. I could see sunflower seeds, sliced almonds, whole oats and some other grains which I
could not identify. Any recipes out there?
