I have heard of this luncheon dish and would like to make
it. Does anyone have a recipe with clear directions so a
relatively new cook could make it?

Would anyone know how to "brine" a chicken before roasting?
I've heard = it makes the skin much more crispy than just
regular roasting.
Thank you,

How about some recipes for salmon which are a little
different. I am trying to eat it often, but it gets old
fixing it the same way all the time. Thanks
