I have heard this exists, and is probably in the old French
cookbooks. Does anyone have a recipe handy?

Scallops seem the latest fad as an appetizer..maybe because
they are low-carb? I am looking for ways to use scallops as
an appetizer. Thanks for any help you can provide.

Someone (like Martha, maybe) made some shortbread bites.
    They were about
1/2 inch in size and rolled in a mixture of spices which
includes cayenne pepper. Anyone have this recipe?

I have always thought pates were just fancy liver sausage.
Recently I had a pate made with chicken, vegetables and
pistachio nuts. It was sooooo delish. Not I want to mnake
pates like that.pates made without liver.

    Daffodil Cake Date: Tue, 29 Jun 2004 07:10:13 +0000

Many years ago a women.s magazine (probably McCalls) had a
cooking school recipe for Daffodil Cake. It is a type of
angelfood cake. Part of the batter is the white angelfood.
It has swirls of yellow batter through the white. The yellow
part has the yolks. I am desparate for that recipe.
