I have been growing parsley this summer and would like to cook with it rether
than using it as just a flavor or garnish. For example, I have discovered I
like and omelet made with about a cup of parsley to three eggs. I think there
must be other recipes such as parsley soup or something.

    cake. Thanks

I'm still trying to find a recipe for the Cream of Chervil soup my
neighbor used to make. I suppose any creamed herb soup would work as
well. I just don't want to overwhelm the delicate flavour of chervil
with a strong-tasting stock; this was a very white base, as I recall,
with lots of fresh chervil strewn in!
    Thanks
