I'm looking for a recipe for a soup that was made from dried fruits. It was served warm with
noodles, and the soup was a dark brownish/purplish color, it was a sweet/sour sort of flavor.
I think at some point the fruit was processed through a food mill. The soup was a thick broth, but
there weren't any lumps or chunks, except for the noodles.
It wasn't a dessert soup, and it didn't have cinnamon.
Any ideas?

Hello:
I would love to be able to make fried chicken like Popeyes that's light and super crispy. Does
anyone know of a good recipe that's been tried and worked great? My problem is the batter always
falls off the chicken during cooking. I cook my chicken in a wok with lots of oil. I'd
appreciate any tips.
Thank you!

i'm finding stewing pork or beef hit and miss - sometimes it's fantastically tender, other times
tough. I try to do everything right
- use less lean cuts, really low heat etc. Any recipes for a foolproof method?

A while back, the TV Guide had the recipe for Mama's Meatballs from the show "The Resturant"
(Rocco's) I never got to see it. Does anyone have the recipe and could you share it? Thanks. cj
