Hi all. New to the group. I don't cook but once in awhile, but my wife
is a good cook and an excellent baker. None the less, she seems to be
unable to make home made pizza. The dough seems uncooked (mushy) while
the cheese is overdone. As I have seen this quite often in home cooked
pizzas to one degree or another, I am guessing there is some common
denominator often missed in the cooking of pizzas at home. Although I
know I haven't given a lot to go on, (time, temp), I was hoping someone
here might venture a guess, as my wife is sensitive about her pizza
failures and I'd rather not ask the temp, etc, and then tell her I'm
broadcasting her pizza failure on the Internet. LOL

Happy Holidays to all. I am looking for a recipe for fruitcake cookies. =
I saw them in a Swiss Colony catalog and hope I could find a recipe so I =
could make my own. Thanks in advance.
