Subject: Costco "stuffed" salmon?

Good morning.
The Costco stores sell in their meat dept a Salmon fillet which is topped
with some type of what they call stuffing. It seems to have crab or
surimi,
rice, mayo and other things which I can't pinpoint. Does anyone happen to
know what this is? You buy the uncooked salmon and stuffing and spread
the
stuffing over the top and bake. It's very good.
