Has anyone got a yummy chocolate fudge recipe they'd like to share with me. I bought some at a
fair the other day. It was very nice. Expensive though, and I wondered if I could make it myself

There don't seem to be many recipes around for pates or terrines made with lamb. Venison and wild
boar certainly work, so I assume it's not the strong flavor. Could it be the adverse texture of cold
lamb fat? If so, might using equal parts ground lamb and ground fatty pork work OK?
I'm making some pates for a party, and would appreciate advice from anyone who's made them
with lamb.
