Subject: Robert Newman spinach filled wontons
Here is a stumper. Robert Newman who plays (played?) Josh Lewis in a soap
opera had a recipe published in some newspaper? magazine? printed in color
on newsprint paper for Spinach WonTons. I have the top part of the
recipe but part of the ingredients and the directions are torn off. My
daughter loved these and wants them at her wedding. They are made from
WonTons which are filled with a mixture of frozen spinach, feta cheese,
cream cheese and other stuff and fried. Please help if you have something
like this. Thanks

I had these in Hong Kong. They are a ball of glutinous dough with a bit
of filling in the center. It is rolled in sesame seeds and deep fried. I
thought they were wonderful and want to make them.
