    Subject: Using Marinated Artichokes

I have a case of Marinated Artichokes. Is there anything you can do with
these besides using them on anitpasto or salads? Are they used in any
    recipes?

Has anyone a good idea how to make the good, crispy Chow Mein noodles?
    They
    aren't available in Amsterdam.

Some years ago I was given a jar of home-canned Oriental Green Beans. They
were delicious -- a touch of soy sauce, garlic and other seasonings.

I'd like a recipe to make these myself and can them. (Yes, I have a
    pressure canner.)

    Thanks!
