My husband went deep sea fishing and came home with a lot of
King Mackerel. Any recipes for preparing this fish would be
greatly appreciated!

Briefly, I lived in Statesboro GA. during the mid 70's and
had the best fried chicken @ Joe's Diner on the border of
town. It was nothing but a shack even the food was served on
paper plates no waitresses. But since those days I have not
tasted chicken as good as this owner made it. Wondering if
anyone in group lived in this area or knew someone who did
can tell me how to locate the owner or workers to get their
recipe. Not to confuse with another Joe's diner that was
located in central business district of Statesboro operating
at the same time.

I have lavender blooming in my garden. I have heard it is
good for cooking but I don.t have any recipes. I am asking
for recipes which use these flowers. Thanks for your
recipes Mary
