Artichoke Cheese Dip served at Fox River Brewery
This dip used to be called Weiss Bier Dip as it contains beer. It does not
contain spinach. It is to die for!

    Red Lobster's coleslaw

My husband loves their coleslaw. I have tried many variations and need
    help with the coleslaw sauce.
    Thank you

    Subject: Rumtopf

    Hello,
I'm looking for a recipe for rumtopf - where you add fruit over the
summer months to a sugary rum base. I just can't remember the
measurements for the amount of rum or sugar.

    Thanks, J. Gibson

    Subject: Fuller's Walnut Cake

Some of you - Mary, I'm looking in your direction - are old enough to
remember Fuller's walnut cake which is so famous that I've read the name
in innumerable novels and memoirs since I don't know when. Yesterday when
I was picking up walnuts for drying, with occasional chook sounds in the
air, it seemed logical to give baking one a go.

    First step, Google.

Not a sossinge, apart from snippets from memoirs. Not a single
description let alone recipe. Oh yes, all sorts of walnut cakes (pumpkin
and walnut, and so on) but none identified as being "just like the
Fuller's walnut cake we used to get". So I don't know what it was like.
A high cake, in layers with buttercream? Dense and madeira-y? Walnuts
ground up and used like ground almonds? Chunks in the cake, or halved on
the top? Other flavouring e.g. vanilla?

If anyone can help with a description or a recipe or a link to one, I'd be
    delighted.

A couple of years ago I bought some brandied blackberry jam at an out of
the way roadside stand. It was lucious! Does anyone have a recipe for
