Am looking for a recipe for Soda Bread and I would prefer to use Whole Wheat flour, so I dont know
if that changes the measurments of the igredients or not.
Am I right in assuming you use Soda instead of yeast ?

At a buffet at a northern Indian restaurant they served a wonderful cabbage dish. It was shredded
and cooked, dry-ish but may have been cooked in a sauce. It might have had other veg shredded in it
but it was well stewed and hard to tell. The label identified it only as cabbage and the server just
called it the same. Anyone know the proper name of this dish and have a recipe? As always, TIA! I
