It is a whole beef tenderloin either rubbed with A-1
sauce & steak sauce or marinaded in it. Bacon is draped over the top &
roasted for only several minutes then wrapped in foil, i think

I lost a recipe that I got from an old roommate. You dipped the chicken in
a batter, either baked or fried I don't remember. Also the sauce was made
by boiling down canned tomatoes. It was so good!
