We just came back from Panama City Beach in Florida. While we were there
we ate at a restaurant called Bonefist Grill. My wife had the Mussels
Vistoria which was absolutely superb. We could tell there was an anise
    flavor.

A local Italian restaurant has a wonderful Eggplant Parmesan which had
just a touch of spiciness. If you have a recipe for this type of Eggplant
    Parmesan. I would appreciate it.

Thirty years ago I used to go to the Hotel Utah Skyroom where they had the
most wonderful pink Borscht. I was wondering if anyone has a recipe for
    this wonderful soup

Subject: Baked pate made with Chicken livers

I am tired of paying a fortune for pate at my local deli. Surely I can
make a decent pate myself. I like the version made with chicken livers.
    Thanks for your help
