I have searched far a wide for a recipe for guava cake, and
I have yet to find one. I first discovered guava cake at a
luau put on by my university. I feel in love with the stuff
and I've wanted to recreate it at home ever since. As I
remember, it was a light pink cake, with a texture similar
to that of a pineapple upside down cake, and it was topped
with a thick, yummy, flavored, frosting. Every recipe I have
found has come nowhere near that of the original stuff. I
was wondering does ANYONE out there have a good recipe for
guava cake?
