My wife and I are looking for a corn chowder recipe that included yams and green chiles. I believe
it was from Gourmet somewhere around 1992 to 1993. Could someone be so kind to post this recipe or
email to me. It was wonderful and we purged all our magazines in our first move a few years ago.
Thanks, James

I am looking for recipes that use celeriac, I am keen to try new things with it other than simply
roasting it. Thanks

Do you have a recipe for the cha xiu? I've asked at numerous chinese restaurants, but no one wants
to shake loose of it. John

I recently had this dish in Valladolid in Yucatan. In this case the 'relleno negro' was (as is often
the case in Mexico) not a stuffing but a beautiful dark sauce/gravy and included a slice of black
pudding which possibly contributed to the colour and taste.
Would be grateful if anyone has a recipe for this.
