Cake (made with frozen coconut)
I'd like the recipe for a cake I've made but no long have the recipe. It was made with a box of cake
mix - I'm not sure if the recipe called for following the recipe on the cake box, or had added
ingredients. The frosting was made with frozen (thawed) coconut and sour cream. There must have been
sugar also, but I only recall the frozen coconut and sour cream.
After putting the cake together, it went into the refrigerator for no less than three (3) days
before serving.

I usually make a standing rib roast on New Year's Day. This year we want to have something different
on New Year's Eve. Does anyone have any suggestions? I'm working at least part of the day so it
can't be too complicated. Thanks Noreen

Hi all,
I have seen this in various Indian restaurants:
It is a mixture of spices and/or seeds in a bowl from which you can take a spoonful when leaving the
restaurant. The seeds are colorful (back, red, green, white) and they provide a nice, fresh taste.
From its taste, there could be some licorice in it(?)
Can you tell me what this mixture consists of and do you have a recipe how to prepare it?
Thanks,
Andre, ... who *loves* Indian food. :-)

I would like to see some favorite xmas recipes posted for meat, vegetables and trimmings. It would
be nice to get these archived for future reference.
