Help - does anyone here have a tested recipe for chicken curry that
also has fruit in it? I had this dish at a French-American restaurant
once - the curry was mild, had bananas, pineapples and orange slices -
very frgarant but not too sweet. If you know what type of recipe this
is (indian? persian? malaysian? etc), please let me know.
TIA

We like pizza piled hight with lots of stuff. I am thinking that substituting
vegetables for some of the high-calorie meats might be better for us and still tasty.
Any recipes out there?

Gehaktballen are delicious Dutch meatballs. I wonder if anyone knows how to make
these gems.

I am looking for the recipe for the crispy crumb topping served on top of casseroles.
It has a great flavor and is crispy but not burnt. How do you make this?

Oh how I would love a recipe for crab cakes. I love to eat them but my attempts to
make them have turned out nothing like what I get in restaurants. Thank you
