  1. Like other posters, I have noticed that there is very little information
available for iodine content in foods. Because of a health condition, I need
to watch my intake of iodine. What little information I have been able to
find suggests that poultry, especially turkey, may actually be higher in
iodine than fish and seafood, presumably becasue of additives in the feed.
Does anyone have hard information confirming this? Has anyone come across a
comprehensive listing of iodine content if foods (more than the eight or ten
foods commonly listed on Web sites)? Would appreciate any information you can
    provide.
