  1. I bought a set of Marzocci MX Comp ETA forks about 5 months ago and got a small scratch in one of the tubes. the seal started leaking and that is what brought my attention to the scratch. Can I buff out the scratch and replace the seal and keep going or what?

the scratch and the screwed seal are probably unrelated. do you haveany experience in rebuilding forks? if not, take them to a marzo dealer and get them to rebuild them with new seals for you. unless you are willing to risk [censored] the fork up for good and having a go yourself....
