  1. Hi,
I have a quill stem that I want to replace. Does that mean that I'll have to take off the bar tape and brake lever on one side in order to slide the handlebars off?

    TIA,
    Praveen

  2. 'fraid so...

  3. if you haven't already got the new stem you might think about getting one with a removable front cap, it makes this job so much easier next time
