  1. My routine is listed below. Can anyone suggest an alternative to the
Assisted Dips (they give me a sore elbow) which would work similar
    muscles ?

PLEASE NOTE: I don't want any "bar exercize" like bench press (I know
that's a good exercize). I'd prefer a machine or dumbbell exercize.

    Chest Press Machine
    Shoulder Press Machine
    Cable Cross-over
    Leg Press Machine
    Pull-ups (assisted w/"Gravitron" machine)
    DIPS (assisted w/"Gravitron" machine)
    Back extension
    Cable Row

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Pushups. Vary the placement and position of your hands to find
something comfortable for your elbow. If they're too easy, work on the
    one-armed variety or assisted one-armed.

You might also look for a way to vary the setup on assisted dips, e.g.,
find a machine that's got a wider or narrower grip width, or on where
the handles aren't completely parallel but angled in a little towards
the front. You could also try using a band for assistance instead of a
machine. You could also experiment with leaning in more or less than
you are now. Lots of things to try here, and the first thing to try is
probably just a week or two off from what you're now doing followed by a
    gradual return.

Lying tricep extensions or overhead tricep extensions.
But you don't really need it. You have 4 chest/shoulder/triceps
(push) exercises, 2 upper back exercises and 2 leg/lower back
    exercises. Little balance.

Don't expect the same progress that way. There's only so much you
can practically do on machines and with dumbbells.
