yes, you will have a rigid fork until you'll have your new elastomeres.

Where can I get these "Speed Springs" ? (is it the brand name ?)

I love that bike eversince I saw it in a bike shop in Singapore, and I
bought it without hesitation (eventhough at that time as a student it was
way bejond any budget). I like the look. This is why in case replacement
springs don't work I will block the suspension, but not install a
conventional rigid mtb fork (eventhough it would be technically the more
reasonable thing to do)
