Removijng front wheel - Rolf Vector Comp

After opening it, turn the skewer, 4-6 times, to loosen it.

It's not the skewer that's holding it in (unlike forks with
conventional tabs).

What's holding it in, then?

Are your dropouts possibly closed up a bit? Take the skewer off the wheel
completely and see if it still doesn't drop out. If not, then the dropout
or wheel or axle is messed up.

Have you opened the brake QR?
