I'm in good health, but I keep hearing that things could be so much better. I know that I should be eating better, getting rid of the accumulated toxins in my body, and doing things to decrease the amount of stress in my life, but I don't know where to start. I bought a copy of Helene Silver's book called "Rejuvenate" and the program sounds wonderful, but I'm confused about exactly where to start. I went to her website: helenesilver.comhelenesilver.comOpen ↗ and it's packed with information and encouragement, but again, I just don't know what to do first.
It says on her site that she does coaching in holistic health and healing, but I feel dumb telling her that I can't get started and I am reluctant to talk about my bad habits with a stranger. Has anyone here gone though Helene's Rejuvenation or Coaching programs? How did it work for you and more importantly, what got you to take the plunge? What suggestions do you have for getting motivated to begin any health improvement plan? -- Steve
Let the coach advise you, get another marketing approach, this asking a "sincere question" method is now so obvious and old it needs detoxification for it is full of [censored]. All the "detoxing" that will go on is to empty your pocket and do nothing about your gut that can not be had from the corner drug store or your own kitchen, if you have the right foods. Neewsgroups are the obvious next target for spammers as their efforts return less and less in email.

I sure hope you aren't a spam coach, because you would be fired on your first day. I'm not marketing anything - I'm looking for feedback from those who have had coaching, not a trite (and wrong) putdown.
