From Dessert du Jour Light Good Neighbor Thursdays

1 box reduced fat devil's food cake mix 1 can fat-free sweetened condensed milk 1 jar fat-free
caramel ice cream topping 8 oz light Cool Whip, thawed 2 Tbsp Heath Bar bits (toffee bits)

Bake cake according to low cholesterol instructions, using only egg whites. When done, remove from
oven and poke holes in cake with the end of a wooden spoon or a large meat fork. Mix condensed milk
and caramel topping together and pour half of this mixture over hot cake, reserving the other half
in the refrigerator for another use. Refrigerate cake until cold. Top with Cool Whip and sprinkle
with Heath Bar bits. Yield: 16 servings. Per serving: Calories - 244. Fat - 4 grams
