  1. anybody know what power/weight ratio you need to do descent ride at the redlands pro1 time trial. anything would be great

    For the 5K distance and per Andy's power profiling table, 6.2 - 6.7 w/kg ought to be a top 10 ride.

  4. Based on the data I've accumulated and comparission based on last week's San Dimas hill climb, I estimate that the winner of the Panarama Point TT will do in and around 6.6 -6.8 w/kg and for 5km go under 10 minutes.

    The top 30 guys will all come in above 5.8 w/kg
