They have/had a similar practice in Germany but that doesn't
mean it works well. (They don't have speed limits on a lot
of their motorways - are you suggesting this should be
introduced in the UK?)
I'd like to see data comparing accident rates at junctions
in the respective countries before accepting that this
practice is safe.
