  1. We are experiencing cases of recumbut on our new V-Rexes. After riding
about 45 miles this afternoon both Judy and I experienced pain in our
left butt only. What can you advise that would help us deal with this
    problem.

Additional recline of the seatback may help.

Part of the discomfort comes from using certain muscles more when riding
a recumbent that would be the case with other activities. Additional
riding will often strengthen the muscles enough that the discomfort will
    disappear.

  3. I founnd diaper rash cream 7-13$ zinc oxide applied to the affected
area. Other jock itch remedies should help. Switching to non-padded
shorts )i.e. underarmor and thin shorts of wicking fabric) should help
    prevent re-occurence.

    Remove the thumb-nails?

  5. Depending on what you are calling 'recumbut'...further recline might help by
getting weight off of the offending fundament.

I have always avoided tractor-style seats, preferring mesh slings for just
    this reason.
