recumbent storage

Hi I was thinking of buying a tadpole recumbent to use for commuting 30mls each way to work and back. I was wondering how easy it is to store them. I live in an appartment where space is limited so can you put them on their sides, wheels off etc. Any suggestions would be grate. c.t.cruiser
