I think 34mm(diameter) and 39mm(center to flange) but I'll check when I get to work.

If there is ONE constant in the cycling world, I reckon that it is the dimensions of Campagnolo's low flange ROAD hub:

[indent]Flange diameter == 39mm

Center to Flange == 34mm
